Dr. Lina Joudeh is the Co-Chief Learning Officer (CLO) of Prep Doctors Australia, working alongside Dr. Marwan Al Rayes, the co-founder of Prep Doctors and CLO for both Australia and Canada. Having founded E-DENTA, a leading Australian academy for ADC-aspiring dentists, Dr. Joudeh’s academy merged with Prep Doctors to create an even stronger platform for helping internationally trained dentists achieve success. With a deep commitment to empowering internationally trained dentists, Dr. Joudeh has mentored nearly 2000 overseas dentists, guiding them through the rigorous Australian Dental Council (ADC) accreditation process. After migrating to Australia from Jordan in 2012 to pursue her own dental licensure, Dr. Joudeh encountered numerous challenges in navigating the ADC examination pathway. These experiences inspired her to create a more supportive and effective approach for other internationally trained dentists. She began teaching in 2015 and officially launched E-DENTA in 2018, combining her passion for education with a mission to streamline the licensure process for ADC candidates. Now, in partnership with Prep Doctors, Dr. Joudeh and Dr. Al Rayes lead the Australian branch, leveraging state-of-the-art facilities and a proven roadmap to enhance the quality and success rates of ADC candidates across the country. Dr. Joudeh’s innovative approach to dental education integrates cognitive behavior therapy techniques to address exam-related anxiety and stress, ensuring a holistic approach to student success. She also holds certification in human behavior profiling (DISC), specializing in communication and leadership development. Outside of her professional commitments, Dr. Joudeh enjoys spending time with her husband and four children. Fun fact: she’s an avid fan of the show Friends and a coffee enthusiast.
